Do you price match?
We price match following specific guidelines you have to provide the link of the website where you found a lower price of the product you want to buy. If the product is available for sale on the website, we guarantee that we'll match the price. We don't offer price match on pre-order products on our website, and products that are out of stock on our website or the competitor's website or products that are in violation of manufacturer's MAP (minimum advertised price) Policy on other websites.

How to certify your NFA / Silencer Shop Paperwork?
When you get an email from Silencer Shop that says you're ready to certify then you call into the store with your ATF E-forms Username and PIN. Then the system automatically sends an email for you to join and during the remote session you will answer question sand then type in your ATF E-forms Username and PIN.
What is the age to buy guns?
Handguns over 21 / Rifle 18 and over / Receiver, frame or lower over 21
Do you offer an enforcement/military/veteran's discount?

What state do you not sell ammunition to?
We do NOT sell ammunition to Illinois, Connecticut, New York, Maine, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington D.C. No exceptions.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final for ammunition, firearms, and gift cards. Returns for a refund, store credit or exchanges will be honored before 30 days with proof of purchase. Exchanges or store credit can be issued before 60 days with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused and unaltered in original packaging and tags.

What should I bring on a guided trip?
Fishing clothes able to handle the current season. SPF clothing for sunny summer days, and jackets for cold. You're welcome to bring your own fishing gear if you'd like. Food and beverage is covered.
What are your cancellation policies for a guided trip?
Deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to the trip minus a 25% booking fee of the total cost of the trip. Deposits are non-refundable withing the two week window before the trip, however we will try to reschedule the trip to a later date if we are able to rebook the guide during that time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will result in the full charge of the trip with no option for rescheduling. If the guide cancels the trip to inclement weather or dangerous conditions we will reschedule for a later date. If the client wants a refund there will be a 25% booking fee of the total booking will be assessed.
Can anyone come on a fly fishing trip or is there an age limit?
7 years old is the youngest an angler can be to get on a raft
Do I need a fishing license to go on a guided trip?
Yes.
Do I need to bring my own fishing gear?
Not a requirement, but if you have it bring it.
What brands of fly rods and reels do you carry?
We offer a variety of fly rods such as Scott Rods, Sage, Thomas & Thomas, TFO Douglas, Reddington, and Orvis. we carry multiple reels such as Abel Reels, Ross, Tibor, Nautilus, Orvis, Lamson, Hatch, Reddington, Galvan, Sage, and TFO.
Can I test cast a fly rod?
Yes, in our casting pond that's just outside our store.
Do you sell live bait?
No.
Do you teach casting lessons?
Yes we do! We offer private casting lessons out at our pond.
Do you have tying night?
We have tying night every Tuesday starting at 6:30pm. We have a limited number of vises, tools, and materials so it's on a first come first served basis, but if you have your own vise we recommend that your bring it with you.
