  1. Information about the Person Receiving the Firearm:
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  2. Information about the Company Shipping the Firearm to Sportsman's Finest:
    • Company Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address

Requirements

  1. Dealers must include a copy of their FFL and the contact information (name and phone number) of the customer picking up the firearm in the transfer shipment. Failure to include these documents will result in processing delays.
  2. Customers receiving transfers must provide a valid Texas photo ID/Driver's License, complete a Federal Form 4473 in-store, and pass the background check.


Due to varying daily workloads, firearms will be ready for pickup 24-48 hours after the shipment is received. Even if the shipment tracking shows your transfer has arrived, it may not be ready for pickup. Wait for our call before coming to pick up your transfer.

Transfers will be held for 90 days unless other arrangements are made. Transfers left after 90 days will be returned to the sender.

In the event of a re-routed, mis-delivered, or lost package, it is the customer’s or recipient’s responsibility to contact the seller or shipper to resolve any shipping issues. Any issues with firearms after pickup must be addressed directly with the seller and/or manufacturer.
