Ultra-light Harris Bipods are quick and built with high quality material and processes. This quick detachable bipod mount to any sling swivel stud on bolt action or certain sporting rifles. Harris Bipods provide an  forward rest to steady the weapon while reducing fatigue and increasing accuracy. The bipod swivels to compensate uneven terrain, and the legs are springd loaded for fast operation. The bipod stows conveniently out of the way when not in use, folding toward the muzzle. Folded legs are kept firmly in place by sturdy springs.
