Description
Strasser's first bipod, the Bone, was created with great attention to detail, inventive concepts, expertise, and use of durable, high-quality materials. The lightest, full-featured bipod in the World. Created with the same attention to detail and engineering excellence as Strasser rifles, the BONE offers increased stability for long range shots. Weight savings are made without sacrificing strength, due to the use of carbon fiber and 7075 T6 aluminum wherever possible, while hardened steel alloys are employed in high wear areas such as the locking mechanism and bipod feet. The BONE’s legs are stored in line with the barrel, but can quickly be deployed to either 45 or 90 degree angles and lock securely into place. At right angles, the shooter has 20 degrees of pan, to enable tracking a moving target, and up to 45 degrees of tilt, all without repositioning.
Strasser gives practically all shooters the option to couple the Strasser Bone with a variety of weapons thanks to no fewer than seven different adapters. The Strasser Universal Adapter allows the Strasser Bone to be attached to any fore-end stock with two screws. Additionally, it can be attached to all current sports and government rifles using an M-LOK, KeyMod, or Picatinny adapter.
