The night before, cut chicken breasts into cubes and place into a bowl. Pour orange juice over chicken until covered. Add soy sauce, Freakin-A Fowl Seasoning and minced onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight. After 12+ hours, remove from fridge. Light your FireDisc and while heating, cut up peppers and remaining onion. Pour oil into FireDisc, add onions and peppers cook for 5-8 minutes, allowing them to brown and move to outer ring. Add chicken and marinade to center, allow to simmer until chicken is fully cooked. Add peppers back to center along with fresh pineapple. Cook for another 2-3 minutes allowing the ingredients to warm. Serve over rice!
