Designed specifically for fishing in the salt, the construction of sextant rods uses a special reinforcement technique that improves the strength and recovery capabilities of high-performance unidirectional fibers. As a result, the final rod sections' distribution of energy is increased, resulting in rods that load more quickly and produce throwing distance and wind-cutting line speed with less effort.
