Versa Max shotguns cycle 12 gauge loads with consistency and softer recoil compared to other shotguns. It reliably cycles 12 gauge rounds from 2.75” to 3.5” magnum loads. The VersaPort gas system regulates pressure based on shell length, reducing felt recoil to that of a 20 gauge. This shotgun features a synthetic stock and fore-end with overmolded grips. Includes a drilled and tapped receiver, enlarged trigger guard and oversized safety for use with gloves. The nickel barrel and nickel Teflon-plated internal components offer extreme corrosion resistance. A Mossy Oak Duck Blind finish covers outside components, including the stock, receiver, and barrel.
